Hello, dearest and cherished friends!
So, this blog post shall be short and sweet, because I'm Getting Married In 4 Days!!!! :D :D :D
Honestly, this past month has been a blur. Workwise, work was amazing as always. But I have a three week vacation to do wedding things! :D Yay!!!!
Wedding-wise, Jackie, my maid of honor, hosted an amazing bridal shower at the beginning of this month, and I was so blessed to be surrounded by 15 of my dearest friends! :D And then goodness, April was full of getting in touch with vendors, finishing gifts, sending out final payments, getting my dress altered (I hemmed 6 inches.. yeah, I'm short), getting my marriage license, making the guest book, making the cake topper, setting the timeline, getting a massage for my sanity, writing my vows, and booking our cruise for the honeymoon.. Yeah... It's been busy. :D
For those of you reading this who are coming to the wedding, I can't wait to see you soon! For those of you who are reading this and cannot make it and are in Idaho, please let me know if you're reading this, because then I can invite you to my Idaho reception in July! :D
My hope and prayer for my wedding is that people would be caught up in the romance that is so much bigger than just Joe and me; it is a romance of God loving and wooing us to Himself. I want them to realize they are part of a story that is bigger than themselves, that is written by God Himself, and that each one of us has a part to play. I also just want people to have fun! I know I will! :D I can't wait for the best day of my life and my happily ever after!!!
